LAF runs a monthly bankruptcy clinic for pro se debtors. This February, LAF is expanding the clinic to include those considering bankruptcy who may or may not end up filing. The first session will include a broad overview of bankruptcy options, including reasons why bankruptcy may or may not be the right choice for a debtor. Those who determine they do need to file after meeting with an attorney at the clinic will return for the second session to go over paperwork and talk about the rest of the bankruptcy process.
