John DeCostanza, a clinical social worker with the Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (better known as C4), will present on establishing trust and rapport in working with challenging children and adolescents. John will also be providing a crash course on community mental health services for children and adolescents including: identifying appropriate services and providers and levels of care for clients that receive community mental health services. There will be a Q&A following the presentation.
